Registration Guidelines

  • Location & Time:
    The registration desk opens at 08:00 AM on the first day of the conference. It will remain open daily at 8 AM until the event concludes.
  • Conference Materials:
    Upon registration, you will receive:
    • Conference badge
    • Conference folder
    • Abstract book
    • Conference program
  • Assistance:
    Onsite coordinators will be available at the registration desk to assist with any conference-related queries.
  • Lunch Vouchers:
    You will receive lunch vouchers at registration. Present these to the restaurant staff when ordering lunch.

Speaker Guidelines

  • Program Changes:
    There may be minor adjustments to the program schedule. Please ensure you are in your designated session room before the scheduled start time.
  • Presentation Timing:
    Speakers have 20-25 minutes for their presentation. We recommend planning your talk for 17-19 minutes to allow time for questions and transitions.
  • Language:
    The official conference language is English.
  • Presentation Format:
    Submit your presentation in PDF or PowerPoint (PPT) format. Ensure slides are clear and legible.
  • Submission Deadline:
    Submit your presentation slides at least 30 days before the conference. Bring a backup copy on a flash drive.
  • Technical Check:
    Meeting rooms are equipped with:
    • Digital projector
    • Screen
    • Laptop
    • Wireless pointer
    • Cordless microphone
    • Basic sound system
  • Laptop Use:
    Use the provided laptops to ensure smooth operation. Personal laptops should only be used if necessary.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

  • Dimensions:
    Poster display area: 1 meter wide by 1 meter high.
  • Preparation & Printing:
    Prepare and print your poster in advance. On-site printing will not be available.
  • Poster Session Availability:
    Presenters must be available at their posters during the designated session to discuss their work.
  • Poster Collection:
    Collect your poster by the end of the final conference day. Uncollected posters will be disposed of.
  • Best Poster Awards:
    Awarded based on judges’ evaluations, and announced at the end of the poster session.

Certification

  • Delegate Certificates:
    All attendees will receive a Delegate Certificate, signed by the Conference Chairs and Leading Scientists. The name and affiliation will match the details in the registration records.
  • Certificate Corrections:
    Contact us at least one month before the conference if you need corrections to the name or affiliation on your certificate.
  • Certificate Distribution:
    Certificates will be distributed during the session or at the end of the event. Please ensure you are present to collect yours.
  • E-Certificates:
    E-certificates will be emailed to participants within 2-3 working days after the conference.
