• By using the Kapsule Summit website or registering for any of our conferences, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue using the website and refrain from completing your registration.

Registration and Payment

• Registration: You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering for any conference. Completing your registration form and making the necessary payments constitutes an agreement to participate in the event and abide by all associated terms and conditions.

Payment Terms: All payments for event registration must be made in full at the time of registration to confirm your participation. We accept payment through secure methods as specified on the registration page.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise preventing your attendance at the Kapsule Summit. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures flexibility while helping us manage event logistics. The policy is as follows:

• Full Refund (less $99 service fee): If you need to cancel your registration, and the cancellation request is made at least 30 days before the event start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $99 service fee. This fee accounts for administrative costs and taxes.
• 60% Refund: If you request a cancellation within 30 days of the event, you will receive a 60% refund of your registration fee, minus the $99 service fee.
• No Refund After Event Start: If cancellation is requested after the event has started, no refund will be provided.
• Special Circumstances: If you face an emergency or exceptional situation that prevents your attendance, please contact us as soon as possible. We are open to considering special cases for a refund or rescheduling your participation to a future event.
• Postponements/Force Majeure: If the event is postponed due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure circumstances), you will have the option to transfer your registration to a future event. In such cases, refunds will not be provided, but we will offer options to reschedule your participation.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the conference without providing prior notice of cancellation, no refund will be issued.

   

User Conduct

By participating in our events or using the Kapsule Summit website, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner. You must not:

• Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination against other participants, staff, or speakers.
• Share, post, or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Kapsule Summit or any third party.
• Interfere with the operation of the website or access any data or content that you are not authorized to view.

Kapsule Summit reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any participant or user who violates these rules.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Kapsule Summit website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and multimedia content, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of Kapsule Summit.
• You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use the content of this website without prior written permission from Kapsule Summit.

• Kapsule Summit will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any event or your use of the website, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from the use of the website or participation in an event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Telangana, India.

• Kapsule Summit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to use the website or participate in our events after such changes, you accept the revised terms.
